While discussing a brand refresh for Prosource, it became clear that a number of the company’s marketing challenges could be mitigated by transitioning from a single brand of three separate but connected services to a differentiated house of brands.
In particular, Prosource Technologies Division, which had grown to become one of the region’s leading managed service providers (MSP) since its inception just a few years ago, was ripe for its own identity. We worked to develop and launch the rebranded Vitis Technologies, advancing the Prosource brand reputation in office equipment while simultaneously establishing a new identity known for delivering best-in-class managed IT services.
TMC worked closely with Prosource to build a brand story to support the new name, Vitis, which has a Latin origin meaning grapevine and represents the way an IT network integrates every element of a company’s ecosystem. We built a brand identity and developed an accompanying visual identity. And, we facilitated announcement of the new business entity and its relocation to a prominent new Design Center.
Today, Vitis Technologies’ business continues to thrive, offering managed IT and cybersecurity solutions that protect, power, and connect organizations. And we continue to collaborate with both Vitis and Prosource to market, brand, and promote these vibrant brands.
