Kara Williams is a mission-minded business strategist, passionate about cultivating authentic brands that help drive the futures of the businesses she serves. With over 15 years of experience in communication, marketing, and organizational leadership, Kara combines her big-picture vision and tactical know-how to expertly lead The Marketing Collective, a boutique consulting firm she founded in 2015 meet a need she saw for smart, strategic marketing that wasn’t one-size-fits-all. Under Kara’s leadership, The Marketing Collective thrives in its mission by providing integrated marketing, calculated communication, creative content, and dynamic design to a diverse and ever-growing cadre of clients.

Those clients benefit not only from The Marketing Collective’s niche approach but also from Kara’s many years spent at Cincinnati-based agencies, developing and implementing marketing plans to meet a wide range of needs, from Fortune 500 companies single-staff startups. She has led brand development efforts and strategic initiatives across virtually every industry sector—health and pharmaceuticals, construction, travel and leisure, higher education, municipal, nonprofit, professional services, and more.

Kara and her husband, Wade, are the proud parents of two little girls. When she isn’t busy brand building, Kara enjoys traveling and horseback riding with them.
