When TMC was hired in 2015, the company numbered 5,000 co-workers. Since then, Baker acquired additional businesses, entered new markets, restructured, and grown to 15,000+ co-workers. Through it all, TMC has served as an extension of Baker’s staff, providing full marketing and strategic communication solutions from concept through execution.
Our duties extend from managing the company’s website and intranet, to responding to day-to-day requests for content, graphic, video, and social media management. In 2025, we oversaw the launch of and continue to manage a companywide intranet. TMC owns and maintains all visual and brand assets, ensuring that Baker maintains a consistent image across its six companies and dozens of regional offices.
The result: Baker’s leadership team has access to an on-call, full-service marketing team. Company leaders can focus on running their business knowing that TMC has their marketing and communication needs locked down.
